About us

TONI&GUY opened in London’s bustling Old Brompton road South Kensington in 2010. As a company owned salon run through Head Office we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service.

South Kensington is home to Art Director, Sophie Springett who won Newcomer of the year 2015/2016, at the prestigious British Hairdressing awards also Academy Educator’s David Siero, Ian Phipps and Alex Mear who along with several of our stylists are in the TONI&GUY Session Team working on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week and photo shoots for national magazines epitomising the company’s ‘catwalk-to-client’ philosophy.

Our talented and passionate team of stylists and technicians are committed to ensuring your visit to TONI&GUY is the ultimate salon experience paying great attention to customer service, and on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

We also offer many additional services including, Bridal and Occasion hair, Nanokeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Hair Extensions.

Clients are welcome to seek the advice of our Strength in Style consultant Emma in association with Macmillan Cancer Support.

Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Olaplex and Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit

Haircut with a side of trauma

I guess I wasn't as lucky as the other reviewers as I had a very disappointing experience with *****.
While the management did their best to remedy the situation, I am still left in shock that I had a professional hair stylist tell me he was nervous to cut my hair and that he was scared to show me the results? I'm not sure how asking a trained Toni & Guy stylist to cut my hair resulted in a very hostile situation that left me in tears.
The salon otherwise is quite friendly and professional. My hair was rescued by a lovely stylist (whose name escapes me right now) who jumped in right after I spoke to the management. She was very caring and did best with whatever was left of my hair.

Leo did a great job with my hair - it was shiny and looked healthy. I have very thin hair - he’s the first Hairdresser that hadn’t ripped half my hair out when blow drying! Very gentle and advised me what to do to stengtgeb hair.
I wasn’t pressured to buy anything but I loved the result so bought shampoo conditioner volume gel AND the blow drying brush.
From of House/reception was very friendly too and courteous.
Music/atmosphere lacking.
Over all it was a great experience I would def come back.

Friendly, professional and efficient team; seamless service from the minute I arrived (cost taken, gowned up, seated, drink served..). Great head massage. Lovely to watch David put my unruly locks in order. Definitely one for keeps. Five stars all round!

I nipped into Toni and guy to see if someone could sort out the disaster a different salon “chain” had created on my head the previous week! Leo got to work and made me feel completely at ease and quite literally transformed my horrendous haircut! Even tho it was just my fringe he took so much care and attention to make sure it was right. Usually my experience is very positive
Today I felt that everyone was in a rush
No good massage during wash - my 20£ treatment was left for 2 min only and ***** did my blow dry so quickly that my roots were wet when I left the salon...
Hopefully only an unfortunate one time thing...
