Had the most amazing experience at the skin spa in Kingston the facial was amazing worth every penny spent and of course it's clarins so I expect this.
Very polite and pleasant staff. But the 1hr 25mjns facial was 1 hour long. When I mentioned this, they said it was an hour’s facial and the rest consultation time. So why was my entire treatment one hour, including getting changed at the start and finish and the supposed consultation time?
It's just as well they don't apparently need to be nice to potential customers, as the truly awful service was unbelievable. Visiting Kingston, so not a local. The condescending person behind the counter disdainfully informed me that weekends were fully booked for 3 months and weekdays booked for 6 weeks (despite her colleague giving the lady in front of me a new appointment for this week- did she think I was deaf? )Do yourself a favour and don't bother.
