I have a fizzy hair and one of the hair stylist recommended to do Brazilian keratin as she said your hair become much manageable, shiner and safe time to blow dry but it wasn’t the case at all I have not seen any difference in my hair as I went back to the salon after recommended 4 days of treatment the lady seen my hair and said we can do it again or refund your money as I was going on holiday the other day so she said email or call us after when u come back as I came back I emailed I have received phone call from branch manager that we can’t give your money back Very bad customer service they call me to the salon 2 times but unfortunately just waste my time they just play a game so you can give up.
Don’t waste your time this is the worst salon I have ever been I would never go there again very bad service they just want to rob you and most of the treatments aren’t working at all I would not recommend this salon at all the worst experience ever

Worst hairdressers in Kingston, I specifically asked for a senior director to do my hair as i wanted some one experienced, I was very specific with what I wanted doing as soon as she started she did the complete opposite to what I requested she has made a complete mess of my hair it looks horrific the worst hair cut I have ever had !!!
I have never liked my hair once it's been done (cut or coloured) at a salon. Until I met Lorna at Rush Kingston. I have had my hair cut and coloured by her about 6 times now and can honestly say I have come out smiling every time. She really listens and advises and cuts and colours beautifully. Quite expensive but for me, worth it all the way.
