She has a good client manor, was good to chat too and clearly wants to do a good job. She washed my hair well and gave me a nice head massage but I'm afraid she has to develop her cutting technique. She cut too much off my Bob, it wasn't the same length on both sides, at the back bits hang down and it is just not right. I really feel she needs more training. I came in with a long Bob and wanted a bit taken off . Its not a hard style, but it must be straight and it wasn't. While I could see it was shorter than I wanted, I said it was nice because once its cut what's the point in complaining, but when I got home I saw how uneven it was etc. For the price I don't think it was worth it and won't be visiting your salon again. I think her name was ***** but I'm not 100%. My appointment was on 15th May at 6pm. I think this is a management issue. Shes very young and needs more experience. For this price it is not right to allow a young stylist to work with a total lack of supervision. I expected more from Toni and Guy.
