My wish when I came in; get rid of dark roots and brighten up the overall colour with highlights and toner. I have blonde hair which was a bit yellow. Outcome was green/grey darker hair than what it was this morning. I told the lady this and she laughed at me saying no it’s not. I told her 3 times that I’m not happy with the hair it’s ruined, I hate it, it’s green and dark matte. She continues laughing and brings some other woman there to laugh with her and they both were like ‘it looks fine at least it’s even now’ ok... if I pay 140£ for a hair colour I expect it to be perfect salon quality, not just ‘fine’. And it wasn’t even fine. This customer service was vile she didn’t even say sorry or anything besides just laughing
