TONI&GUY Curzon Street

Fotis did an excellent job as always, but he was badly let down by other members of staff. The junior did not have sufficient command of English to let me know what she wanted me to do or where I was expected to go. She left me sitting at the sinks for a couple of minutes before being told that she needed to sit me at mirror. When she eventually did wash my hair, she left my back and my shirt soaked. I appreciate that people might be new and need to learn but there surely should be some training before juniors are let loose on the customers, particularly in a place like Toni and Guy
