Was delighted Nat was available for a wash and blowdry , she did it to my specifications and I was very happy with the results

Started with colour by Emma - excellent as usua!. Followed by cut & blowdry by Saira - can’t fault her expertise !

The cut was great but I asked for volume bouncy blow out. Instead she blow dried it FLAT STRAIGHT. Was left with stick straight hair, no volume. I’m sure she could tell I was thrown off, so she then curled with a skinny iron leaving me with Shirley temple curls! Ended up not being a problem as within 10 mins, the ringlets fell out and my hair was flat and pin straight again (and I have naturally curly textured hair. Have never seen it so straight, annd it aLways holds a style). Would have been fine if she left it at the cut but the styling really threw me. Had to wash it that night to get some life and body back in it

Extremely unhappy.
I paid for hairstyle speclilist to just make sure I get the colour I want and I been told that she will have an consultation on day but there was not consultation and u didn't get the colour I wanted. I didn't get the service I paid for. The hairstylist didn't even see that what colour my hair turn at the end and she didn't even ask me if I am happy with the color. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Wow I can not believe that the hair stylist will jump to another client and won't even see my color at the end. I am going away when I come back I am going to raise the complain.

I got a last minute appointment luckily and I’d never been here. Suki and the salon were really accommodating and suki is genuinely one of the best hairdressers I’ve been too and she was really lovely too and worked with my individual hair needs. Had a nice head massage too with my hair wash. Thank you everyone!

Lovely curly blow dry and I have curly hair which isn’t easy to blow dry.

Last time had lovely baliage, roots and blow dry with Shannon.
