Normally I have a good experience. This time not so much as they were running behind so we started 15 minutes or so after my appointment time. I ended up leaving with my hair wet. I left straight after my hair dye was washed out. I didn’t have time for my cut and blow dry. There was a queue for hair colour, washing hair and cutting that day. I was there for already 1 hour 40mins and had to leave as had another appointment. I don’t think Monday is a good day to book as too short staffed. The only cutter was ****. Hair colourist **** apologised for starting late but no one apologised for then having to wait for washing and then not having my hair cut etc. So the initial apology didn’t help as I’d booked this in advance and didn’t expect to not get what I wanted done.
