As always, I got an excellent haircut and everyone at the salon was really friendly

I booked last minute for a colour correction. I had tried to change my hair at home and it had not gone well! Beverage was very understanding and listened to what I wanted while considering what my hair needed. Really pleased with the outcome - colour looks great again. Thank you.

Touché Purley is a great Salon with friendly staff. Have been coming to Sharon for years and love her hairdressing talent and expertise. Always a lovely experience.

I usually love going to this salon, I have always left extremely happy with the result. however this particular time i left quite disappointed which my results which did bring me too tears when in private. I got a head of highlights and a cut+ style. i am very happy with the colour however when it comes to the cut i really am upset, i showed my stylist a couple of inspo pics inculding some of myself which i had done last time. I wanted lots of layers with some face framing at the front aswell as some whispy front peices but nothing that would be too thick . I left with very thick short bangs that i cant tuck behind my eyes and that are so short that i really struggle to style and sit very awkwardly. I did have a different stylist than last time so i would understand that it wouldn't be the same, however I am just very disappointed and very upset with the result. Im quite young and dont earn alot of money, yet decided i really needed a pick me up and decided to spend my months pay check on something that would and usually has made me feel alot better. so it was even more of a disappointment knowing id spent my money on something im really not happy with. I do love this salon and the Girls here are always super nice.

As always Laura has done an excellent professional job and was her usual pleasant self.

Sheryl styles my hair to encourage my natural waves, and the colouring is spot on. I get compliments all the time and have passed the compliments to Sheryl as she richly deserves them. Well done!

It was the first time I've used this salon today for a full head of highlights and a cut and blowdry. The team were lovely and very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and done a fantastic job. I will definitely use this place again. Highly recommend!

After being with the same hairdressers for 30 years it was time for a change! Cheryl came highly recommended but I was still uncertain and my expectations were measured when attempting to try a new stylist some years ago! Cheryl on my initial visited corrected the faults in my hairstyle and today she was able to successfully style my hair making it look much more much voluminous and feminine . Wow I’m over the moon with my haircut and really delighted I made the change - thank you !

Poor service

I had a lovely hair appt at Touche on Saturday morning. A relaxing wash and head massage from Jess and then Highlights, cut and blowdry by Natalie. Offered refreshments and magazines to read which passed the time pleasantly. I was very pleased with the end result.

I always enjoy my trip to the hairdressers. They are very welcoming, put you at ease and Sheryl always takes time to discuss what I want to have done.

Everyone at Touche are so lovely and welcoming, it’s always a great experience from start to finish. Sheryl was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel really at ease, she was also able to recommend styles to suit me and I’m so pleased with the outcome!

I love how my dark brown hair changed into such a lively vibrant blonde !! I now enjoy every moment of standing in front if a mirror!. True hands of magic await you if you ever book Sheryl. I always thought I’d look weird if I go blonde. She proved not 🙂 perhaps only that I become dumb?! That’s not visible yet 😝
Also I was charged very fairly as well, given my relatively long hair and a full blow dry. Thanks Sheryl 😍

Sharon’s done mine and my families hair for years she’s quick efficient and really looks after my hair and advises me the right products love her ❤️

Stylist did my root regrowth, but I wasn’t happy with the colour and when I expressed this to her, she was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional about the whole situation. I’ve never in my life had such a terrible experience in a hair salon after years of using this salon, I will never go back after such a horrible experience.

As always a great experience for myself and Ruby both very happy with our hair. Nicki always just knows what we want and delivers and Jo always looks after us and is super professional the lady that washed hair also great was a relaxing massage.

Such an excellent stylist. Always very welcoming and listens to what I want and also comes up with fresh ideas. Always a pleasure to have my hair coloured and styled by Nicki.

Excellent experience throughout from reception to payment. My experience since the last visit was discussed and possible options explained. The results were yet again high quality and for the time and skill involved the charges are most reasonable.

Super happy with the result! Sharon is very professional and is VERY good at colouring. I had very damaged hair and she managed to fix that and the colour. my hair looks a lot healthier. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going here for about 5 years and whether it is a fringe trim or complete cut and colour, they always do a great job!

Nicki is always fantastic. She listens to my ramblings and helps me figure out what I actually want. And then she makes it work. Always walk outwith a smile on my face.

Lovely colour and cut

Laura is a brilliant hairstylist. She is patient and understands how I would like my hair cut and styled on every visit. She and the salon are thorough professionals and I strongly recommend their services.

Being told off for coming to the salon looking bedraggled and in as mess was not what I expected .
Having said that, I understand ! .
I walked out feeling wonderful, confident and very very happy.!
Learnt a lesson not to leave it too long between appointments!

Nicki is lovely and my hair always look amazing after the visit. I highly recommend this hair salon.

My usual stylist being unfortunately unwell, I had a cut with Sharon, who proved to be equally skilled and left me very happy with the result. The moral is dont panic if your normal stylist is unavailable. Wish them better but show up anyway:)

Nicki is great. Understands what I need for my hair but also listens to what I want to help me achieve the right colour. Cut and finish was great too. Always very pleased with my hair and the salon in general.
