I had a wash and blow dry. The hairdresser had such long nails she could not wash my hair properly- she just ‘combed’ the shampoo through with them. That was after someone had first sprayed the entire area with fly spray,. I was asked how I wanted my hair blow-dried and then she totally failed to deliver. £32 completely wasted
