I'm not sure what her name was, but she was very helpful with helping explain how we can get my roots to the same colour as my hair (silver/lilac). Unfortunately I'm having to pay an extra £110 than I'd anticipated, but I'm hoping it'll all be worth it. She also explained in detail how I'll need to care for hair after the appointment.
