Very pleased that Alison was there to do my hair and very pleased with it however if I hadn't phoned to check my appointment time wouldn't have known salon had changed hands. Very different atmosphere surprised the new owner never introduced herself or enquired as to if I was a new or returning client or even say hello.

We are all committed in offering a premier service to all of our clients. We have received some great feedback on the salon atmosphere already in a very short time of the salon new ownership and we look to continue to build on this in the future. I apologise, we were unable to use our normal text reminder which I know our clients depend on. Unknown to ourselves the normal texting system which had been upgraded on takeover had not been set up, and it is from the kind feedback from our clients that we became aware of this. I am pleased to announce this service is now back up and running and it is our intention all clients receive a reminder of their appointments.
