I am happy with hair cut although it was a bit different from what I expected. Page was nice gave me good head massage and paid a lot of attention to styling the hair. This type of hair cut was advertised as £20 but charged £25. Although not much difference as a matter if principle, I should have been charge correct amount or difference should have been explained. I felt salon was clean and neets hygiene standards. Since I was there 2 hours it would have been nice to have iffer refreshments ir give me the chance to pick something from next door.

We allow extra time for training days with our students to allow for a thorough understanding and to allow learning to cover every step of our service. As with any service in the salon, everyone is offered a two-way consultation and we confirm and agree with the result. This is also confirmed before leaving.
The salon manager has called you this morning to address your comments and has offered you to return to the salon, once you have washed and styled your hair yourself that if you have any problems allow us to remedy this for you.
As per COVID guidelines, hair salons are not able to offer refreshments currently. We have checked with the team member looking after you and she confirms water was offered and bringing your own refreshments to the appointment is allowed. We believe it was offered for you to arrange a takeaway and we would have been happy to pick it up for you too.
On the price advertised we have confirmed with you today the price as per the salon window poster is £25 for a cut and style. We have not changed this price for some considerable time. Again, if you had highlighted your concerns whilst in the salon, it would have given us the opportunity to discuss and address them before you left the salon.
