About us

TONI&GUY Richmond are delighted to announce that through our recent refurbishment, this has enabled us to create the ‘ultimate salon experience’. Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include Label.m, Kerastase, GHD and SmartBond, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

For more information on our services please speak to our friendly reception team who will be delighted to help.

Excellent experience. I was brought a lovely cup of tea. Matteo made me feel relaxed, he was chatty and friendly. So pleased he didn't 'massage' my head when washing my hair- I hate that!! He listened to what I wanted, made recommendations and did a really good cut. Drying and styling was perfect also, and he indulged me with putting on the professional lamp for a photo! Can't fault the experience and cut.

I don’t think my hair looks any different if I’m perfectly honest. I asked for brighter balayage (full head) and asked for it to be brought higher around the face to which my friends and family have also confirmed that my hair looks the same. It’s a shame because I was so happy with the first time I came to Toni and Guy Richmond. The team are friendly but I won’t come here again as £270 for your hair to look the same and tugged viciously whilst washing with no head massage is not what I look for in a 3.5 hour hairdressing experience.
