I spent more time waiting around as hairdressers swapped and served other clients than actually being attended to for a cut and colour. Four hours later with a rushed finish and costing more than £200, I have been more satisfied using their academy than a full priced salon in Richmond.

The disappointment doesn’t stop there! I have used Toni and Guy for many years and had accumulated more than two books worth of stamps , yet the receptionist said I can’t claim it nor can I claim for this appointment either. Stamps that hold no loyalty value! I don’t think I will be returning here.
