Jessica was unpleasant from start to finish, it was as if she couldn’t be bothered to be there. She was rude about my hair and tried to upsell at every opportunity. She did very little to my hair for the price of the hair cut. I was really looking forward to my cut but left feeling anxious, embarrassed and ripped off.
