I am regular client of Toni and guy and we trust whatever they use must be quality products, but this time I am really disappointed because I had done highlights nearly 2 months ago and eversince my hair looks like bamboo shoots and fizzy looks like too much bleach poured inn. I have been doing highlights for long time but never faced this problem. I am really struggling with my hair at the moment. Don’t know how to handle its hassle rather then style.
