Had an appointment booked in advance for a haircut and blowdry for today, Sunday, as I have an important interview tomorrow morning. The salon called on Saturday to change my appointment and make it a bit earlier because of a potential overrunning. Fine. Then today, on the day of the appointment, I receive a call to say that they have to reschedule because the stylist ***** called in sick and they were closing the salon early. ?!! NO attempt to help me out of a situation that they had dropped me in. Oh no, they were closing the salon early as she was “on her own”. Well THANKS for NOTHING. My hair cut was vital to me to look good for my job interview tomorrow. I will NEVER trust you lot again and will take my business elsewhere.
I went here a year or so ago - I wanted to go from dark brown to a lighter brown... not only was it patchy, when they put me under the heater to speed the process up, they left me there & burned my head, I had to call another customer over to get it off me. They then had the audacity to charge £150 for injuring me, and for a terrible colour.
