I had my 1st haircut in 10 years at Toni & Guy (Shepherd Bush) since I have been chopping my own air for as long as I could remember; But when Cia (aka Lucia) came to the rescue to fix my hair she did delivered and execute the most beautiful haircut I have always dreamt of— She’s a teacher and a very talented young woman who deserves to be recognize with her skills and talent!!! x

I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wanted to have a very artistic and creative haircut because she’s definitely will back you up no matter what. She will lift you up and make you happy ?

I went in for a free consultation regarding men's hair perm on 13.04.2021. Stuart advised me of how to style my hair, and pointed out that a hair perm may not be the best option as I already have dry hair. In these days where everyone is trying to grab a sale or make money, Stuart's advice really stood out to me as I left the store with better knowledge and hair care tips. Thank you Stuart!

Absolutely amazing service. I know things have been tough since everything went down but these guys where fantastic. Chia is a wonderful stylist who makes you feel at home the minute you sit down. I got a color wash and cut from her and the results are exactly what I wanted. Cannot wait to go back.

I have been visiting T&G Westfield for more than ten years. I have tried other branches of T&G since moving 50 miles north of London, but this one is my favourite and I now travel down to visit Chia when I need a haircut. She is lovely. She also listens and understands exactly what I want. Highly recommended :)

So happy to be back at Toni and Guy Westfield!!! It was so good to see all the team back again after a month of lockdown !! I am super happy and my hair are super happy too !! I received such a warm welcome and all smiling and professionals. I had a good time while I was getting perfect hair. The salon is all merry and Christmassy for December as well and all are following covid rules religiously so really safe place to go to.
I am used to say that hairdressers are artists too, artists of the hairs, because they can make your hair looking so gorgeous with their work of colour and styling, so thank you to the artist : Stuart. Amazing work on my hair. Go and visit the team in Westfield you will never be disappointed with them.

I'd definitely recommend Tony & Guy for a professional hair cut. Their products are also amazing, I had to buy the Label M Therapy Rejuvenating Radiance Oil because it's just a must have!

I had a keratin treatment back in June and have absolutely loved the results. I have really difficult hair, it is fine, with a curl and a lot of it, so it becomes frizzy. Chia was amazing. I had heard a lot about keratin treatments and was slightly nervous but she explained and talked me through everything I needed to know and gave great after care advice. Chia recently cut my hair also and gave me a great cut. She is friendly, knowledgeable and a great asset to the team. I trust her completely and recommend her to my friends and family.

The girl was lovely but it was by far the worst haircut I've ever had, she doesn't know how to cut a fringe at all, made it super short, super thick and impossible to style and of course it was not like what I asked for at all.

Very pleased with haircut, as usual.

Yet again, lovely Lucia gave me an amazing haircut after I made a disaster of cutting my own hair! I trust Lucia implicitly! Super friendly and more than that, an excellent hairdresser! She’s my “go to” girl!

Normally I see Salvatore however with the new lockdown measures I was offered to see Lucia due to limited time and availability. Lucia was fantastic! I cannot fault her service. She was kind, polite and curious about my hair care. She frequently checked in that I was happy with the cut and was really polite about her views on what she thought would suit me. Thank you Lucia!

Chia was BRILLIANT...she was kind and attentive and full of energy even at 9pm after a whole day of work. She knew exactly what I wanted and gave me the bouncy blow dry I needed/wanted. Well worth the wait. And booking a 8pm appointment!!!! 10/10 for Chia.

As a side note. I’m a long time and loyal Toni and Guy customer/supporter. So I was disappointed that despite calling and informing the salon I was running 10mins late they gave my slot up to a Walk in client not having the common denceny to call me quickly and ask how far I was beofre giving up my appointment. I understand policy I understand appointments are back to back I understand covid. I even offered not to have my hair washed to save time. The ladies at the reception refused to practise or show any grace. Luckily I had the foresight of booking another appointment on the phone immediately and managed to get the last appointment available today at 8pm.

I left spending over £300 pounds on my haircut and products. Not sure if I’ll be returning after lockdown for myself or my daughters to use the private room facility you offer due to today’s dismal customer service at Reception. It was a matter of 5 MINUTUES. The ONLY reason I returned was because I was desperate and lockdown commences on Thursday. If that wasn’t the case I would have vowed never to return even though Chia was amazing. You guys need to brush up on customer service and client hospitality. YOURE TONI AND GUY for goodness sakes !!!!!

So grateful that you could reschedule my appointment before lockdown and really pleased with the cut that Dario gave me. All the staff were very friendly and all COVID safety measures were in place and respected by staff and clients alike.

I hate my haircut. Paid for the most expensive stylist to do it but it feels like I just popped into a village shop. I think it would actually look better if I’d had it done from a village shop. It’s not even from both sides and just choppy. I pointed this out and she then made it much shorter than I asked and it’s still not even. She then insisted on adding me on Instagram and was forceful about me adding it on my story and tagging her. Needless to say I won’t be putting this embarrassment on social media.

Lucia is always very helpful and cuts hair to a high standard. She always advises on products and is very pleasant.

Went for a total transformation long to short, Sabina was great and has gave me a fab new look! Thank you!

I can’t remember the lady who cut my sister’s hair - but she was very nice , even though my sister is in a wheelchair she treated her like anyone else, which was a Pleasant experience as other places we have gone to people have not always been so friendly. The lady was friendly and provided a really great service .

I was treated to a blow dry for my birthday and had a lovely experience at the salon. I was very happy with the result. The stylist was very friendly and the end result was amazing. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Did exactly what I asked for with a bit of flare. The website said Melis was a pro in long hair and that’s why I chose her. It can be hard to let go of some hair when your aim is to grow it out but Melis knows her stuff so made you feel at ease and checked along the way that you were ok with the length of the chop.

Staff were extremely friendly from the beginning to the end. Took my jacket for me, pleasant atmosphere, constantly. checking that I was happy with the way they were cutting. Tailored the shampoo to my sensitive scalp, gave me recommendations of products to use.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and a great haircut, would recommend it!

I had a quick hair cut without appointment I just pop in to see when they are available, I was impressed with hygiene and I feel so safe , I wait around 5 min until the young girl came and she cut my fringe, her service was great and lovely she make me comfortable. I have been to the salon twice this week and I had such an amazing great experience.
All the staff is amazing there , they are all such professional with your hair, you can trust them eye closed with your hair, and on top of that they are great people too. You spend a great time relaxing as well and enjoying your hair getting done. I can’t wait for my 10 months daughter to come to get her haircut with me. Really nice atmosphere at the salon on top of your professionalism with our hair.

Came away with such a great haircut - my first in ages. And Tiffany is amazing. She is not only a talented hairdresser who really listens and then delivers but she is also a genuine delight to talk to.

Lucia was friendly but calm and efficient.
Fortunately she turned out to be a great hairdresser too!
