Thank you for taking the time to feed back on your recent service with us and we are very sorry that you felt there was not enough communication on the pricing . The prices of our Brazilian services for long and extra long hair were increased in May this year as we had not had a price adjustment in over 2 years. On checking the records, I can see that the team actually charged you at the old , lower price for your length hair so we are really sorry that you felt this didn't represent good value.
