I really like the way Sonia cuts my hair. This is why I’ve been coming back for a year or two. She does a precise job so even when the hair grows out it still looks good.

I had an appointment with Jarek, but Beatrice and Heliya helped too. They are truly a lovely bunch, and all my visits are great experiences. That's why I haven't changed my hair salon for years.

Heliya absolutely transformed my hair :) I am super happy with the result!! I went for balayage today and she made it very natural, yet stylish and refreshing! I have been using this salon for 9 years now and am currently getting my haircut by Jarek. He tried a new haircut and it is perfect. The salon is clean everyone there is very friendly and the scalp massage from Constantin was the very best. Change salons to Essensuals Swiss Cottage, you will not look back

Charlotte is a talented, skilful professional. Most pleased.

I had the lovely Charlotte do my keratin treatment and cut. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the finish. I felt amazing afterwards and would defiantly book again with her. She is so creative and doesn't just
do your standard cut.

My hairdresser was distracted today. I asked to keep the length and clean up the edges. She distractedly chopped several inches off! I was shocked and she apologised once she realised what she had done. It barely fits into a ponytail now, it’s so short! Earlier I saw my hairdresser speaking with another client who asked for a lot off so perhaps she got confused. I’m very frustrated as this is not a cheap haircut and not at all what I asked for.

Proper happy with my haircut, been ages since someone cut my hair to exactly what I wanted and felt amazing when finished ?

I was treated very nicely at the salon. They offer you a drink when you arrive. I did a consultation where we did a color allergy test first and then I went back to do my hair. My hair came out beautifully. I liked when I was getting my hair washed that the chair had a gentle massage built into it. I left feeling very happy and my hair looking very healthy.

I was really pleased with my haircut today. It was also lovely blow dried.
