Hi,
I visited the salon three week and received awful service. I was waiting for 40 mins and the hairdresser did not even apologise. I asked for treatment and again she ignored and rushed the hair wash. She handled my hair badly and was extremely rough with it and it was pulling from my scalp. I had a really bad headache afterwards. I asked for a
waves and she again ignored my request. I sent an email explaining I was extremely let down to the salon and chased them and the receptionist said they ignored my email. The call is recorded to confirm she said this. Terrible service and customer compliant processes is terrible.

Thanks so much to Lousie ! An excellent cut , her knowledge and experience was amazing and I felt so comfortable , I will definitely be returning , so many salons tried previously but lousie was fab and attention to detail was great .

There are hand-sanitising stations throughout the salon. All staff are equipped with PPE, and the salon was very clean. Lou cut my hair, beautifully. She’s a great addition to the staff, and an experienced hairdresser. Thank you!

I received a complimentary haircut today after having one that I was not satisfied with. Joanna was great made my hair look reasonable again. I will definitely return for my next haircut.

Honestly think hands down this is the best my natural hair has ever looked and felt without extensions! Shannon did the colour exactly how I asked for it honestly amazed how she got it so spot on! And how she actually explained what and why she was doing each step! I forgot the woman’s name who cut and styled my hair but again as AMAZING! For the state my hair was in she still managed to keep the length and styled it to suit me. If I wasn’t so skint I definitely would of tipped but I’ll 100% be coming back!!

I went for a cut and blow this morning in the South Woodford branch. My appointment was for 9:30, I wasn’t seen until 10am. This was fine I was not in a rush. I had my hair washed, treatment and cut - the hair dresser was absolutely lovely and I am really happy with my hair cut however, the blow dry was not great. My hair still felt and looked a bit frizzy when I was leaving and my roots felt wet/damp to touch. I told the hairdresser who touched and said she didn’t think it was. I came home and I asked my partner who touched and said yeah it still feels wet. I then blow dried my hair myself and it felt dry....it meant my hair didn’t feel finished which was a shame.

For me the experience was great. This was my 1st time in Toni and Guy, I've been missing out for 30 years until now. The service was great, very friendly staff who did a fantastic job with my hair and a nice atmosphere in the place. Covid precautions were also well observed.

First visit to T&G South Woodford as I have recently moved to the area. Great service and a nice haircut.

Danielle did her best to accommodate me and my super curly hair and made sure I got to the cut I wanted!

Hayley has been my hairdresser from Loughton T&G. She has cut my and my kids hair in past.
Hayley is very professional, calm and always smiling. My girls enjoyed getting their hair cut by her.

I was a bit apprehensive that the pampering time I was craving from my trip to the salon would be lost with Covid restrictions, the stylists in PPE and customers in masks etc.
But the team at Toni & Guy were super welcoming as the air con’ and the small touches such as a massage chair went some way towards a pampering session I was needing.
And when I had two stylists drying my hair - a totally Beyonce moment, I could have wept.
A great blow dry that’s lasted days and a great cut.
