Had booked in June for today, confirmed time etc in the week. Turned up told time was different & hairdresser I had booked with had left. Distressing after almost 5 months and years of building up trust & confidence in one hairdresser.

Great first experience back after lockdown. Nancy was great as usual, the shop was very clean and masks and sanitizer gel were well stock for clients.

Had a cut and blow dry today from Michelle and it was my first visit to the salon. She was professional, friendly, warm and welcoming and what I liked the best was that she listened to all my specific requirements but also gave advice as to what would be best for my hair whilst still factoring in what I wanted too. She also gave me some tips on styling and she talked through everything she was doing. The other staff were also welcoming and professional. The salon was clean and well equipped. Hands down will visit again.

I wanted to have very natural highlights with no bleach, close to the root, just like I had them done at the Tony and Guy Accademy 2 months ago.
I ended up with these horrible color and tons of bleach at the front with an inch regrowth at the front. It looks terrible.
I didn’t even had a toner done!
I don’t know why the Accademy always does a great job and the shops never do.
I stopped going there last year for the same reason and I wanted to give another go but I guess this would be the last time.
Maddie, helped me feel at ease after an awful previous experience. Maddie was knowledgeable, had great technique and I walked out with a great haircut with future tips and a plan for future styles. Brilliant!

I think ***** did not like me for some reason. The hairdresser was so rough that I ended up asking for a brush and brushed my hair myself for her. Unfortunately the treatment required few sessions of brushing through my hair. She could see that it hurts but did apologize even once, just said that it needs to be done this way.
I had hair straightening done before and I know that one can be a bit more gentle and not pull so violently, or at least say sorry that it hurts.
I have a feeling that I left quite a bit of hair in that salon and was sad and depressed when I left.
There was another girl who helped to dry my hair and got me tea and water. She was smiling and was very nice.

Maddie was extremely attentive and gave great advice on how to cut and style my hair to keep it healthy and looking stylish . After my cut I chose to have my hair blow dried straight and I was more than impressed with the results ; my hair was perfectly straight but also left feeling smooth and silky . Throughout the cut and blow dry my stylist applied products ( talking me through them) that gave a lovely finish to my hair . Overall I was extremely happy with my experience , it was the best haircut I’ve ever had I left feeling and looking different , she gave my long hair style. All staff are extremely friendly and talkative , despite it being my first time in this salon I felt like I had been going there for years . Highly recommend .

Was offered a drink when I came in and they all were very accomodating given my litten one was being cranky. Michelle (the stylist) helped me decide what kind of cut to go for and was very patient as well. She did a great job! Hair looks lovely and I feel great!

From the moment you walk in you get great service. The staff are friendly and the coffee great. Danny listened to what I wanted and gave me a great cut that was perfect. I highly recommend him.

First time there. Great haircut great price. Would say building ie ceiling and loo need a bit of redecoration/fixing. Great back wash chairs with back massage feature. Was happy with service. Danny did exactly as I asked and I am a picky customer !!
