First time visiting Essenuals on the 6th September and my stylist was Jaimee. She is normally based in Colchester but was covering. For someone who has very fine hair and very self conscious of it she made me feel at ease and very comfortable. She made some great suggestions and offered a great moisturizing treatment which my hair is still so soft and looks healthy from. She told me what she was going to do throughout the whole appointment to make sure I was happy with the cut. She listened to what I wanted and I have never been so happy with a haircut.
It seems as though all the stylists are this way with their clients so i would definitely return
