We have noted your comment on the assistant blow dry and we regularly review all feedback; whether positive or negative and use this information to make improvements within the salons.
Assistants are always at differing stages of training and expertise , when drying after a colour appointment they are not required to do a full styling blow-dry as this could take up to an additional hour of time. If you do wish for a full styling blow-dry then reception will be happy to organise this when you next book in, it would however be an additional charge as it would be completed by a fully trained stylist.

Please let us take a moment to explain the recent price increase.
We did increase our prices just before Christmas 2021 but despite rising pressures we can assure you that we did manage to hold our salon prices at the same level for nearly 2 years. Due to increasing costs of products , services , building fees and of course team members salaries throughout 2020 and 2021 we could no longer absorb all of these costs.
We have tried very hard to keep the increases as minimal as possible as we aware many people are also under financial pressure and need to consider their purchases more carefully.
