I asked for her to keep the length and that i want only long layers, she kept insisting on cutting it and when she did I like it at first but then she started thinning my hair out with the scissors by shedding it without even asking me claiming it is heavy on my head. It is not a thing I asked for not even asking my consent before doing so. It was clear that I was very specific with my request
