I’ve come here on and off since we moved to the area in 2003 and I normally leave with a smile. But this time, I was served by a rather grumpy member of staff whom complained that she was hungry whilst seemingly cutting my hair in a hurry. In the end, my cut was not what I asked for (I asked for layers) even after telling her she did it wrong. What a lovely team they are but I was left with an uninterested stylist.
