I have been coming to the salon for many years and have always been extremely happy with the results. Lovely ambience too and the friendly staff always welcome you at reception. Even at busy times you don’t wait for long.
I always book with Emma who is very skilled and does a great job! Emma always gives a great advice on styling and best suited look! I come out feeling and looking amazing each time!

Lorence it the best hedreser, he it very professional and he help me all this year to convince me what it the right colour and stile for my hair ,he give vary deep details and atention to me ,he olways fix my hair whenever I jump in to the other salons accidentally ?,he it the best of the best ,and I will never make any mistakes going to others hedreser in London ,olso he has a lot of patience with me ?

I was advised by my colourist what tint I should have regarding my allergy to permanent tints.
She said I have to let them know if I have any adverse reactions to the semi permanent tint.

If you have a teenage daughter you will know how particular they are about their hair. Adrian was fantastic, he styled her hair exactly as she wanted it and was very personable with her . She won’t go anywhere else to have her hair cut and I can’t recommend Hobbs Whetstone enough. All the staff are brilliant. Happy teenager means a happy mum!!!

Emma’s expertise and excellent customer service never fails to impress me - she clearly genuinely cares hugely about her customers. She both makes it a lovely experience and creates a fabulous haircut that lasts well.

My hairstyle was done brilliantly and my stylist was super friendly and chatty. I was seen to straight away. The only things that were a shame were that I wasn't offered a drink during my appointment and the area I was sat in hadn't been swept up. Although I'd booked and paid for my appointment online, I was asked to pay a further £5 at the end, as the receptionist said the prices had increased, and I hadn't been charged correctly. I think this was unfair, the prices should be clear and upto date on the site, and any extra charges should be relayed on the onset. If there's a fault on the site, it shouldn't be a regular customer who bears the brunt of it.

I booked my appointment ages ago online - it was an important one as it’s for a wedding.
I had booked with Laura- and received a txt earlier in the week to confirm.
When I turned up I was told Laura no longer works Fridays anymore. Obviously this was very stressful. I said I was prepared to go home and come back- and they found me an appointment for 2.5 hours later. So HOB mistake was a massive inconvenience, since I was prepping for my niece’s wedding.
Afterwards they were polite and gave me some free samples, but in retrospect this wasn’t adequate.
Lawrence- who I had my appointment with was very good. So I was happy with the results.
