About us

TONI&GUY Wimbledon opened in the town in 1995. As a strong team of passionate stylists and technicians we will ensure your visit to TONI&GUY is the ultimate salon experience. In February 2017 we relocated to the 1st floor of Centre Court above Marks & Spencer, to a beautiful bright new salon but with the same talented team.

Our stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows such as London Fashion Week and Brits awards, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk and showbiz.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer SmartBond and Olaplex, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

We also have our aesthetics clinic in the salon Eden at TONI&GUY, offering the latest in skin rejuvenation and beauty treatments such as laser, Venus Freeze and IPL therapy.

I book a blow dry online for the price of £31 and after my treatment the stylist charged me £55 which was as she said due to Covid-19. I think that would be good if you have the actual price online.

We are sorry to hear that you felt there was some misunderstanding regarding the blow dry price. Inevitably, in order to be able to continue to operate in such challenging times the company had to review the prices across the whole network of salons nationwide.

Our website states that the prices in Wimbledon for blow dries are £40 - £55. In Salon Treatments can vary from £10 to £35.

He’s is a fantastic cutter and person. I specifically come a long way to see him. My colour was done by Davida who was also excellent. My problem was the bill which I didn’t look at until after I left. £145 for a tint and literally 13 foils. Was over your price list as I have checked. It said T section and that is not correct. Total bill £215.

This was my first time there . I had full head highlights . I was very uncomfortable in a chair . I had to have my head down , then to the side for the whole process. After 2 hours my neck hurt a lot . Then the worst of it all was when my hair was washed ( my back got wet and I have no idea what they washed my hair with , but I have never ever seen my hair in such a bad state . Took 2 girls to brush it out . I asked if they can put some oil or something to make all this a bit more comfortable and at least try to save my hair . Colour was good , but not worth the pain and unpleasant experience. Philip( I think that’s his name ) blow dried well ?

Here at TONI&GUY Wimbledon we never wish to have an unhappy client and always endeavour to do our best so that you leave the salon 100% satisfied.

On your last appointment you had two of our most accomplished technicians and stylists not only in the UK but also internationally, who have also been experienced educators at the Toni&Guy Academy for years and award winners.

A full head of highlights can be a lengthy process but it is understood that you were asked if you were ok several times during the service, to which you said you were. We are sorry to hear that your back got wet and that you felt that your hair was in a bad state despite the treatments.

In regards to your bill, on your last appointment you had a full head of highlights, Olaplex, a toner, a SNAPSHOT treatment and a professional blow dry with some of the most senior professionals at TONI&GUY and prices were agreed at the start of the service. Please note that if you had the same services in a Toni&Guy in central London with the same professionals the prices would have been higher.

Had my hair cut today with Marisa, she was amazing and listened to exactly what i wanted. Assistant charlie shampooed my hair and gave me THE BEST head massage!!!
I felt very safe considering the circumstances, everything was clean and i could see marisa steralising all her tools and section before i was taken over.

I believe ***** is manager as well, so she had to leave me with a new starter for most of the appointment. Assistant was lovely and i believe she really tried her best but the blow dry was not a success ( my hair is very strait and fine so really hard to curl, but someone with experience would have manage to get me some waives ) . Left full of hair on my dress and only when i asked at the till if i have hair on my back someone tried to clean a bit witch i appreciated. As well was a lack of brushes situation and once again left to wait. When i brushed my hair at home i realise i got way more layers on one side the the other so really not happy with that. Pretty sure ***** realise that my experience was not exactly what should have been and at the end offered me some travel size products. I chose the senior stylist for a reason and wiling to pay for that from the beginning but got 20 min of that and 1h struggle with a new starter i guess.
Will not be back as was not what i expected at all. ***** kept her mask on the chin at all time and even asked me to remove mine at some point, which i refused to do. Rest of staff that i have seen only had visors.

Had a great, safe experience with Katrina and her team. Hats off to Jai who gave me the most meticulous scalp bleach I have ever had. His patience and attention to detail are second to none and I am delighted with the result - he's a charming chap as well. The salon is spotless, the staff and customers all have PPE and it is clear that the safety of everyone has been taken seriously making the experience less stressful and almost enjoyable in this strange world we currently inhabit!

Just come from the wimbledon branch, and the environment made me feel safe. Providing masks for customers is a really good idea and provides reassurance that the company is taking the right precautions.

Was informed that it would be free as an NHS worker - booked a while ago - telephoned by the salon but paid £61.

We are really sorry if there has been any confusion in regards to NHS promotions. In general NHS staff have a discount with us but after the pandemic the company decided to do something extra and offered a free haircut on 26/07/2020 only, understandably all free appointments went really quickly, please give us a call if you would like to discuss it further.

Very happy with the appointment but I was disappointed that I was charged a different price to what was confirmed when I booked the appointment. I would have preferred the price increases to be confirmed up front and they should have been aware a different amount was confirmed to me, I chose the salon and stylist based on the price.

It saddens us to hear that you felt unhappy with the slight price increase. It could have been that the price list for our salon had not been updated when you booked your appointment and if that was the case, please accept our most sincere apologies. This has been rectified.

Please also note that the prices stated both on the website as well as in the price cards in all TONI&GUY salons have always been a guideline, as they can fluctuate they are stated as "from".

We try to keep our prices competitive by reviewing them annually and also by having available a range of staff levels with according prices.

Inevitably, in order to be able to continue to operate in such challenging times the company had to review the prices across the whole network of salons nationwide.

Amongst our team, you’ll find highly experienced staff, award winners and TONI&GUY Global Ambassadors.

Sylvestre asked how I wanted my hair cut, then spent the time carefully & meticulously getting my lockdown hair off. The atmosphere was calm & unhurried. Feel great & more like myself now! My only suggestion is that staff should wear masks, as the visors alone are not really protective

TONI&GUY Wimbledon opened in the town in 1995. As a strong team of passionate stylists and technicians we will ensure your visit to TONI&GUY is the ultimate salon experience. In February 2017 we relocated to the 1st floor of Centre Court above Marks & Spencer, to a beautiful bright new salon but with the same talented team.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows such as London Fashion Week and Brits awards, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk and showbiz.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree and the Wella colour expert, so your hair will be in safe hands with our technicians.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the Keratin Smoothing blow-dry. We offer natural and discrete grey blending for the gents who want to discretely blend away those grey hairs. Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, Kerastase, GHD, L’Oreal and Tangle Teezer SmartBond and Olaplex, everything you need to keep you and your hair looking fabulous.

We also have our aesthetics clinic in the salon Eden at TONI&GUY, offering the latest in skin rejuvenation and beauty treatments such as laser, Venus Freeze and IPL therapy.
