***** did not identify my hair needs, even when I specifically explained why I wanted the cut I wanted he kept insisting it would not work, and hijacked a second appointment I booked with a different stylist to actually get the cut I want. I ended up with a straight blunt trim whilst I wanted my ends balanced with subtle layers so the front would not be significantly longer when left curly as my front curls are looser than my back curls. I explained my needs several times and he kept saying he didn’t understand but did not think to refer me to a different stylist or get a second opinion. I have had subtle layers for 2 years now and have been very happy with the look. I just wanted my ends and layers touched up. Why he thought a cut I’ve liked for 2 years would suddenly not work for me is a mystery to me. I should not have had to pay £54.90 for a blunt cut I could have had done for a lot less money at any standard salon by a junior stylist.
