I feel the pricing is very high.
However, that said, to have Michelle do my hair I will pay as she is such a professional in her field and achieves excellent outcomes.
You are fortunate to have her work for you. (I followed her from your salon in Croydon)
It might be nice to have a slightly reduced, special rate for regular customers, especially if retired!!
