Hairstylist spent less than 10 minutes overall to cut my thick and long hair. The quality of the haircut was extremely bad which comes as no surprise given the amount of time the hairstylist had spent on it. The hairstylist was clearly in a rush and seemed to want to finish both haircut and a blowdry as quickly as possible. I have had an acute head ache following the blow dry as I have a long and thick hair and the hairstylist was pulling my hair as she was trying to finish blowdrying really quickly.
I want to note that while in the salon I said to ***** that I was content with the service provided however when I came back home and had another look I changed my opinion completely. My hair look bad, the ends are trimmed really poorly and the shape around the face looks very messy. I wasn't sure I was happy with the service at the time when I was in the salon but I was so stressed that all I wanted to do is to leave the salon and find a place to calm down.
I don't think it's professional and fair to the customer when the hairstylist do things in a rush even if the hairstylist is a salon manager.
