I asked for my bob to be shaped and to keep the length. I asked for a graduated edge about an inch deep. I didn’t want a straight cut.

The result is a straight cut that has the appearance of a hard edge and the underneath bit at the back is shorter than the top layer. This does not vibe the graduated effect I was expecting. The layers should be starting longer underneath and top layers shorter. It’s also slightly longer on one side. I asked for a parting to the side and to cut it graduating to the side but it was cut to the middle. And there are some odd bits that don’t blend.
