I love my new hair colour. Phil is really good at creating whatever I ask for whilst offering me advice on how to care for my hair.

I love my new choppy haircut. I was also given some great tips on how to look after and style my hair.

I moved to the UK late last year and looked for a Salon that I could rely on. And trust. As the Toni and Guy brand is very strong in Australia I decided to go to Altrincham T&G. How lucky for me! Holly is ace for cut and blow dry. James is amazing with styling my hair every week for months and Phil is a wiz with colour. I am very fussy when it comes to my hair as a model, so only the best…and I found them here.

She’s really good if you need advise for hair colour. Loving my hair. Best hairdresser!

Always used Toni and Guy. I have straight hair so good cuts are essential. I was in my twenties when I started using T&G I’m now in my 70’s never, ever had a cut I wasn’t happy with.

James is an excellent stylist & always does a fantastic job with my thick/curly hair. He is also very easy to chat to.

This was my second visit and I’m pleased to have found a new hairdresser that understands my hair needs! Shanais is very friendly, gives great advice and understood straight away what I am trying to achieve. Good advice on products and styling tips. She remembered me from my first visit which was very nice.
All the staff are friendly and Mia who washed my hair was very attentive.

Had the best experience! Felt very calm (especially having a big chop). Lovely facilities, enjoyed the hair wash and head massage. Didn’t feel rushed and had plenty of time to relax. Really in depth consultation and consulted on everything as the haircut went on. Felt comfortable to ask for small changes and edits during the haircut. Best experience. Definitely will be back!! I can’t find Jim as the hair dresser gave me this name so I guess it’s James. He was very patient and professional, know how to cut Asian hair style will come back for the service.

I've been a frequent visitor to this salon for many years.The staff are really kind and talented and look after their clients..Sarah does my cuts and colour and I'm always happy with the end result.Would recommend a visit.

Managed to get an appointment last minute when my usual hairdresser was unavailable.
I asked for a trim - my hair was just passed my shoulders - I made it very clear I didn’t what it chin length. I even showed them a picture of the last time someone cut it too short and was assured it won’t go too short and would be cut to my collar bone.
Fast forward to the end of the cut and it’s to my chin. I almost cried.
I complained to the manager in an email afterwards who is insisting I return to the store for her to check the problem despite having very clear photographic evidence that it’s chin length. She was quite rude and dismissive as said in other reviews. The haircut was an abomination and the customer service is laughable. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
