Salon owner Shareen has no concept of customer service! She is completely unreliable and unprofessional. She has either no showed or cancelled appointments I have had booked in with her on multiple occasions. Two days on the run this week. On Thursday she cancelled the appointment with an hours notice then on Friday I turned up at the salon to find it was closed and sat in my car waiting half an hour for her and she tried to blame Natalie the other hairdresser for the no show. When I complained and told her I was going to book in with Natalie for future hair appointments I was told not to return to her salon. This is no way to treat loyal customers. Zero rating on service from me! I cant fault the other staff that work at the salon though. They are really friendly and very professional. Just don't bother booking in with Shareen for anything.
