Never had to wait when I arrive always welcoming and friendly. Lovely atmosphere in the new place. Very attentive listen and make sure they know what you want. I have been going to David Rozman for 9 years I travel into Manchester because its worth it. Guy is a fantastic colourist and great at cutting my hair as well. 5 stars all the way.
Absolutely Brilliant Experience.
I am very particular about my hair and prepared to pay for an excellent cut and service. After reading the positive reviews about this salon and all the fanfare on the website, I decided to book in.
When I arrived I was made to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time before my service could start.
I was sat waiting again with wet hair while David finished another client, and he offered the male client an additional service taking even more time. This 'experience' was already not beginning to live upto all the hype. During the consultation I explained to David what I wanted and felt reassured that he knew what to do. He began cutting, and during it he left me to attend to a client who had just walked in, then during the blow dry he left me yet again in the hands of a junior while he attended to another client! (This was definitely not a good experience, I felt irrelevant and was not given priority.It was the worst customer service I have ever been given at a salon.) As David showed me the finished style,it was not what I had imagined or hoped for and I asked for some alterations. David quickly cut into my hair which I expected would give it a more textured look, but as I was examining it to be assured that it was all ok, I was hurried off by David and the waiting junior assistant. Before I could say anything else, David was already dealing with another client £££.
When I returned home I noticed inch long lengths of hair that had not been cut. The shape was not balanced and the overall finish was blunt in places and just dreadful. I could have done better myself! £90+ for substandard haircut and poor customer service. (The pluses I found: The salon was clean. I did get a cup of tea and have given one star. The salon is in a quiet side street which is pleasing, and I have given this stars as atmosphere. For value and result I would give no stars but review would not let me)
