Wine on arrival was either dialuted with water or the cheapest one they could get. The glass had lipstick marks all over it and the replacement glass was all wet. Half of the staff was stuck up and very eager to tell you off for everything. Couldn't even take a selfie without being shouted at. ******** did my nails and the nail polish was all over my cuticles; when I expressed my disappointment and requested for the colour to be taken off she refused and told me to do it myself as she has no time. Abigail did my make up and hair and she did a great job; she also redid my nails. The photo shot was rushed and we were not given time to relax and feel comfortable, however overall there was a lot of waiting around so their organisation is an issue. Prices for the shots were ridiculous. Any negative feedback was rejected with a response that they are very busy and popular. When my friend presented how badly her nails were painted we were told they look fine - this is obviously an acceptable standard to them.
I do not recommend this place.
