I love this place and always leave feeling pampered. Naomi and Fran are lovely and a great laugh and the Saturday girl is to funny! I love how comfortable the customers feel here!!

All staff wore masks and cleaned down the salon regularly throughout our time there. My daughter was really happy with her hair, Naomi did an amazing job. I recently visited the Hair Sanctuary for my first appointment post the Covid-19 lockdown/quarantine situation. Can I just say Naomi and her lovely team have gone above and beyond to ensure the salon’s hygiene practices are top tier! I was the only client in the salon, my temperature was checked upon entry, I was provided with hand sanitizer throughout, every staff member wore a mask, and every single surface was wiped down and was spotless. I felt so comfortable and at my mind was definitely at ease. I have natural hair that has been mismanaged by previous stylists and I can honestly say since I’ve sat in Naomi’s chair my hair has gone from strength to strength! Within a year my hair has become healthier, longer, stronger and has great body! Also the newest treatment that was used on my hair in my recent appointment must contain liquid silk because my hair has never felt so softttt! I can’t stop touching it! If you have natural hair I would definitely recommend this salon. The service and quality has kept me coming back and I will continue to do so for many years to come. Thanks Naomi and team! X

The Hair Sanctuary is a wonderful addition to the local area of Stretford. The salon is amazing filled with empowering quotes, inspiring positivity which contributes to my "me time" feeling whilst there. Noami is a skilled technician who is so knowledgeable when it comes to diverse hair types and on trend styles. I always enjoy my wash and blow which have become a special treat since having a baby it is a pleasure to see Naomi and the team.

Today was my first time getting a hair treatment and trim at hair sanctuary. Naomi was very friendly, asked me questions about my hair and gave some really useful advice. It's definitely a salon I see myself coming to again. My hair felt soft and revived after the treatment too and she kindly styled my hair for me after trimming it. :)

Jack always makes me feel like a princess and provides good banter. Was my first time coming to this salon with jack working there but atmosphere was great and music is on point. My hair didn’t end up the colour that we wanted (due to my hair not taking the toner and no fault of the salon) but jack was lovely and managed to fit me in for the next week to sort it out with ease. 10/10 would recommend!

Was very pleased to find a hairdresser that does dry curl by curl hair cut .. Naomi took the time to examine my hair and talk to me about what I wanted doing, kept expectations realistic and did a lovely job with it .. I have a more uniform length curly hair now. I'm hoping when I restyle it myself it'll look the same

My expereince at the Hair Santucary was great. I've never had someone other than my mum treat my hair before so when I came in for my hair treatment, trim and rod set on my 4b/c natural hair I was a bit nervous and fully prepared for a negative expereince. But I was very surprised at how gentle Naomi was, from washing my hair to dangling it and then doing the rod set. My hair feels and looks great.
I'm so happy that I've finally found an afro-Caribbean hair stylist that has skills that transcend the usually box braids, twist, faux locs and weave/wig, and that it's in Manchester as well.

I had a texture release treatment, with a trim and blow. I love the texture of my hair and the style. It's always a pleasure attending the salon and have more dates booked in.

Had my hair done here and I am extremely pleased with the end result. There was a nice, friendly atmosphere and Naomi knows her stuff. Her attention to detail is second to none and she takes her time. I wont change this place and I am a customer for life.

Naomi is an absolute wonderwoman! I was a bit nervous about getting braids for the first time but i was talked through what was going on every step of the way. Fantastic customer service, lovely decor and warm, knowledgeable and welcoming environment. Highly recommended.

Originally booked for a dry cut but turned up expecting a wash cut and blow dry!Naomi really kindly fit my daughter in for this without any bother, knowing my daughter has LOTS of hair and probably isn't the easiest of hair to work with.
She always gives great advise and answers my many questions on protective styles and products. My daughter left feeling fabulous and I'm so thankful of Naomi's kindness.

When Naomie does my hair, I feel like a friend is doing my hair rather than just my hairdresser. I have been a client for a a couple years and I know I can trust her with my hair. I can tell she truly loves her craft and does her best to improve and ensure the client is leaving her salon happy. Naomie has also produced a number of wigs for me and I love it. She's amazing!
