Rang up for an appointment for my 6 year old daughter and the telephone manner and customer service was outstanding from the start. I needed a last minute appointment and the Francesca (hope this is her name) was brilliant said she would ring me back within an hour which she did and had been able to fit my daughter in the next day. We have used the salon previously and already knew how great Naomi was so explained how my daughter hated having her hair done and it’s a really big fear for my daughter but like previous visits Naomi was fantastic with my daughter and was very patience taking her time to make sure my daughter was in as little pain when having her hair done. Both Francesca and Naomi made the visit to the salon so comfortable for my daughter and we both left very happy with the service and results. The salon is very clean and has a very friendly and welcoming Atmosphere and I will be recommending them to friends and family. I really can’t praise them enough for the customer service they provide as it’s outstanding. Will definitely be back.
