I have a serious health condition which has started to make my hair fall out. When I got to my appointment last Friday, I just broke down in the chair. Abbie was so kind and caring and made me feel comfortable. She gave me an olaplex treatment to fight the damage and such a beautiful blow dry.

I cannot tell you what it means to regain some of your femininity when your disease tries to take it away from you. I was so mortified about my blubbering as well but Abbie was great at putting me at ease and making it feel like it was no big deal at all.

Thank you for making a difficult week a little easier and for making me look, and feel, like my old self again xx

Great colour and cut

I’m yet to find better colour service anywhere else! The products are good and so is the service! Having an intelligent and interesting chat whilst at it is just the icing on the cake!

I feel absolutely amazing after my colour & blow dry from Evie! She gets it spot on every time. Evie is also so lovely and friendly (as is everyone at the salon) and I always look forward to coming in for a catch up with her. The amazing coffee is a bonus too!

I am a regular customer of Morgan and he is an excellent stylist. He knows exactly how to do my hair and the reason for this is that he understands his job very well. Highly recommended, though a little expensive as I am a student, but will definitely not go anywhere else!

Gareth performs miracles with my hair. I always feel and look amazing afterwards. He’s been doing balayage on my hair for years now and it always looks gorgeous. In fact I’ve come to this salon for at least 7 years even after I moved all the way to the other side of Manchester.

Gareth always sorts my colour out beautifully. This time we went for something a bit different but I trusted him fully to listen to what I wanted and do a great job. I have Scott or Alma to cut my hair usually and they are both very skilled - and so fast! Thanks all x

Both the colourist and stylist were brilliant and the salon managed to fit me in at a moments notice even though the salon was clearly super busy. I had been let down by another salon down the road who had double booked and couldn’t then fit me in when I arrived. Toni and Guy were really helpful, professional and couldn’t do enough for me. My hair also looked amazing. I will be back. I will also be bringing my daughter in next time she has her hair cut.Thanks for great experience from someone who is not a fan of going to the hairdressers. I will look forward to my next visit.

Loved my experience at the salon today. Scott did an amazing job.

After growing my hair for nearly two years, it was finally time for the chop. Any worries I had about going for such a different look disappeared in an instant. Scott was so knowledgeable and kept me involved every step of the way.
I left with an amazing pixie cut, feeling a million dollars and hopefully, one little girl will soon be sporting a new wig courtesy of the Little Princess Trust.

A wonderful relaxing interlude to start the day. Relaxing because you feel comfortable and confident that you have been heard understood and you know the end result will be exactly what you asked for
