My appointment started late, due to a previous client. Was not happy with cut as it was not finished! Rushed cut then no finishing after hair dye. Exceptionally disappointed today!

Sorry to hear you were disappoined with your experience with us. You arrived for your 9:40 appointment on time - thank you. You then asked if you could leave the salon and (pop back) at 9:50 which resulted in your appointment falling behind.
On your request, the hair cut was done before the colour. Your hair had been washed. cut, blown, personalised and finished prior to the colour being applied. Once the colour was complete, your hair was washed, blown and styled by our Salon Director.
We would suggest when booking future appointments, the colour should be booked in before the cut.
If you have any concerns about the finished result, please feel free to call the salon and speak to us directly and we can arrange for you to come back in and have one of our salon Art Director's look at your hair.
