Levi was very nice. Hate to complain. Have been visiting Didsbury T&G for a number of years and have always been pleased with the service.
For some reason the colours appear to have been changed. For the second time I am disappointed with my colour.. I would have complained in the salon again but it was very late and Levi was having her own hair done. I had arranged to meet my partner. My partner says I now have silver hair like an old lady. This was definitely not my intention. The colour at the roots doesn’t even match the rest of my hair.. And I paid nearly £50. Not happy. My initial concerns have been completely disregarded it seems.

Hi Ms Evans,
I can only apologise for your experience in the salon.
Regarding the colour, we are very sorry that you aren’t happy. Wella have recently changed their formula and this could possibly be the reason which was discussed in your previous appointment, the new Wella formula may not be suitable for your hair type. We would be happy to source the original product for you.
The lady who did your hair was called Evie, you were originally booked in with Levi, but was moved to Evie because you were running behind for your appointment, we accommodated for this for you. Evie had actually finished work as she was on a early but had said that she would help out so we didn’t have to turn you away.
Please contact the salon so we can arrange something for you, if you ever have any concerns, we are always happy to help and come up with a solution no mater how late on in the day. It is our aim that all of our clients leave happy and feeling great.
