Firstly - I am so grateful that they managed to squeeze me in at very short notice and get my skin test all done etc. I described what I had in mind for my hair, Gareth gave me his opinion and some options and we decided together what we were going to do. I was made to feel very welcome, the salon was clean and staff were lovely. Also felt very safe and not uncomfortable at all with the social distancing measures - all managed very professionally and did not impact my experience at all. My hair looked better than I even imagined - the colour and the cut look great. I've already had so many complements. And I was in and out so quickly - which is an achievement as I have a LOT of hair. Thank you so much everyone.
