Really disappointed as been coming here for a few years. Hair cut felt rushed, which I appreciate it’s a busy time, but was told I could pop back in if I wanted more taking off the back, which after I washed it a few days later realised had been left quite bushy. Rang up to check when I could pop back in to get it sorted and was told I would need to come back and pay for a full appointment in 3 weeks. A shame, as always previously had a great cut and service.
