At very short notice due to Vicky having to go home Wendy was available to take over my appointment without having to change the time which was a bonus due to going on holiday early next week. Assistant was really friendly and carried out her role efficiently. Wendy knew what to with my colour and offered other advice and helped in sourcing a picture of the style that I was looking for when it came to cutting. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Hope Vicky is feeling better soon xx
