As soon as I entered Bobbles (Tottington) I was greeted at the door by a friendly member of staff. The lady politely asked if she could take my jacket and sat me down. I didn't have to wait, which immediately gave a good impression. My hairdresser, Misha, then introduced herself in a friendly manner and was very thorough in determining exactly what hairstyle I wanted (even if I was a bit indecisive!).
Misha is very genuine and professional and a great asset to Bobbles! She made me feel very comfortable and although we chatted throughout my stay, Misha was still very efficient and thorough. A member of staff got me a coffee and I really felt like a valued customer.
Honestly one of the best and nicest hairdressers I have visited! I also had a little mishaps with losing a key and the staff were practically on their hands and knees looking for it. (I since discovered I have a dodgy jacket pocket and it was lodged in between fabric...sorry! :p)
