Having been to Bobbles many times in the past I was looking forward to a day of pampering. I wasn't offered a drink for about an hour and a left with a '10 minute treatment' on my head over half an hour sitting by a sink. I was freezing and had to get up and get the stylist myself who was with someone else. For nearly £100 I expect much more
