After an experience I had which was not in line with the Salon's normal ethos, Derba personally rang me to reschedule my appointment. This time I had a wonderful experience and have had many compliments on my hair.
Debra ensured that my visit was complimentary and that i was 100% satisfied, which I was. Vicky was a fantastic stylist and in addition has great taste in music (which I know has nothing to do with hair, but made great conversation). This time I was treated like royalty! Thank you
