Arrived at appointment time at 10.00 proceeded to sit for a further hour before my treatment actually started. Got an apology and explained that previous customer took longer than was expected. Was quoted on previous appoint around £128 charged £168 that is a lot more than I was expecting. I would have thought that the hour delay could have warranted a discount or voucher as if I was an hour late i would not have had my hair cut. I have had no previous problems. When told originally it would be 10 mins then to have to wait a further 50 mins before anyone came back to me. Very disappointed
