I had my hair coloured blonde but it turned out yellow
The colour I was given did not suit my skin tone in the slightest. I wanted a cool light blonde which I have had many times in the past but the colour I was given is very warm and is certainly yellow rather than blonde. I look terrible
A single shade of colour was applied rather than 2 different tones so it looks very unnatural and more like something I have attempted myself from a box of colour which went wrong.
My hair is dark blonde normally and now I have some hideous dark roots especially where my hair meets my face so there is zero possibility of putting it I to a ponytail
I have had to book an appointment with another salon so they can repair the damage done. Until then, I will not be seen without a hat on.
Absolutely gutted
